Most of our adults cats reside at our Tree of Life Pet Sanctuary in Queenstown, while our young kittens and dogs are in foster homes or at Dandyland Pet Care Center in Centreville. We are a no-kill animal rescue that gives our animals as long as they need to find the right home!
Because our cats live in our Tree of Life Pet Sanctuary and our dogs are in foster homes or at Dandyland, our organization is uniquely qualified to match potential adopters with the right animal for their home. A lot of the animals in our rescue are from kill shelters. When you adopt from us, you are saving two lives because you are allowing us to save yet more animals from kill shelters. Please consider adopting from us, so that we can continue our mission of providing a life of love and dignity for all cats and dogs.

All applications are processed by volunteers in the order they are received with the intent to make the best match for families and dogs/cats. To adopt from us, please fill out an adoption application: you can complete an application online by clicking here; or download one of the files above and then submit the completed form by email, by fax at 866-811-5119, or by dropping it off at our Tree of Life Pet Sanctuary during open business hours. This application will give us the information we need to make sure the cat or dog you’re considering is the right fit for your home. The adoption donation ($100 for cats; $350 for dogs, depending on breed) helps to cover the costs of spaying/neutering, testing for contagious diseases, micro-chipping, and required shots. Please contact us if you have any questions. Please understand that it may take longer at times for us to process applications on high-interest animals, such as kittens or puppies. Thank you for understanding!
Please be aware that our dogs are in foster homes and are not located at our Tree of Life Pet Sanctuary in Queenstown. You can contact us by email to arrange a meeting with a dog, or you can meet some of our dogs at an adoption show or fundraising event.
