Chesapeake Cats and Dogs: A life of love and dignity for all animals

ccad-logoChesapeake Cats and Dogs is a 501C(3) non-profit lifetime haven and no-kill animal rescue organization. CCAD formed in 2006 and consists of a dedicated group of volunteers “working to provide a life of love and dignity for all animals”. We have found homes for over 2,000 cats and dogs. Our cats reside in our cage-free adoption center while our young kittens and dogs are in foster homes or at Dandyland Pet Care Center in Centreville.

We are a no-kill animal rescue and a network partner of Best Friends Animal Society. When we take in an animal, they are with us until we can place them in a good, loving home. To do this, we rely on regular adoptions and volunteers! There are many ways to help these animals; please consider opening your hearts to these cats and dogs who only want what we all do: to be happy, safe, and loved.
